Hello buddy! How are you?
The main goal of this blog is to build a bridge between scientists and people interested in conservation biology, population ecology and phylogeography of yellow cardinal,
Gubernatrix cristata. During the first semester of last year I have started a research project for the yellow cardinal conservation, with a student’s crew of
UFRGS. We started, first of all, as a pilot project in the city of Pinheiro Machado, focusing the environmental education of school kids. Now I get started with the genetics of this project. There is a Portuguese version of this blog, for those who read in. As soon as possible I will post here the English version of those Portuguese posts.
